Tournaments: Details and Rules
Every Wednesday Live 3D Poker will be offering a 50-seat $100 Free Roll Tournament. Registration starts every Tuesday at 1pm EST with the tournament starting Wednesday at 7pm EST.
Registration is open to as many people as are interested, with the 50 seats being chosen randomly from the registered players who are onsite at the time of the tournament. If you are not selected, there are plenty of other free and real money games available to join, and there is always next week's tournament.
As popularity increases, the number of seats and prize payouts will also increase (check the payout chart).
In addition, we have monthly $1,500 free rolls! On the 2nd Saturday of every month, register to get in on this big time action!
Tournament Rules
Live Poker runs two kinds of tournaments: scheduled and sit and go.
Scheduled tournaments begin at a specific time. You can check the times in the "Start Time" column under "Tournaments" tab when you load Live Poker software.
The advantage of a scheduled tournament is that you know exactly when it begins. In general, scheduled tournaments tend to attract many more players than Sit and Go tournaments. You can access rules for each scheduled tournament by right clicking on the tournament name and selecting "Tournament Info".
The number of participants determines the payout for the tournament. Refer to Payout Chart (LINK: http://www.livepoker.com/payout.htm) for details.
The tournament ends when all players but one are eliminated.
Scheduled tournaments can be accessed by clicking "Tournaments" in the Live Poker Room Board.
Sit and Go Rules
Sit and Go tournament begin when a specific number of players joins the tournament (you can check it in the "Size" column under "Sit And Go" tab when you load Live Poker software). The tournament size is usually 10 players. The advantage of a sit and go tournament is that you do not have to wait for a scheduled time. If there are enough interested players, the game is on! You can access rules for each Sit and Go tournament by right clicking on the tournament name and selecting "Tournament Info".
The tournament ends when all players but one are eliminated.
Sit and Go tournaments can be accessed by clicking "Tournaments" in the Live Poker Room Board and then clicking the "Sit And Go" tab.
